CALL CENTER 

WHY DID YOU LAUNCH A CALL CENTER?
The Call Center provides public with information concerning visas to the U.S. as well as handles all appointment scheduling for Nonimmigrant visas and some Immigrant visas (such as fiancé and follow-to-join visas).

WHAT IS THE CALL CENTERS NUMBER? WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
The Call Center hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 to 18:00, Kyiv local time. If calling from Ukraine, the Call Center telephone number is 044-207-7071. If calling from the United States, the telephone number is 1-888-826-2340.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
An eight minute call to the Call Center costs $12, or its equivalent in UAH.

HOW DO I PAY?
To pay for this service, you must purchase a personal identification number (PIN). You may purchase a PIN:

WHAT LANGUAGES DO THE OPERATORS SPEAK?
Operators speak Ukrainian, Russian, and English.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I CALL THE CALL CENTER?
Callers can telephone the Call Center multiple times to ask questions or
to schedule an appointment, until they use up their eight minutes. After they use up the minutes, they need to purchase a new PIN.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE SCHEDULED USING A SINGLE PIN?
Up to five members of the immidiate family:(father, mother and their unmarried children up to 21 years old) residing at the same address can be scheduled using one PIN number.

CAN MY RELATIVES/FRIENDS IN THE U.S. CALL THE CALL CENTER TO SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes. U.S. relatives or friends of visa applicants can call the Call Center in the U.S. using a toll-free number 1-888-826-2340 and their credit card to purchase a PIN and schedule an appointment. They will need to provide an operator with the following information: the applicant’s last name, given names, DOB, number of the passport with which the applicant will be traveling, and visa type.
