GROUP APPLICATION PROCESS

This procedure applies only to groups of 5 or more people and does not include families. Groups of 5 or more people must schedule a group appointment through the Call Center.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND THEIR ORDER

  1. General Application Package
  2. A letter of invitation from a U.S. organization with accompanying contact information.
  3. A letter from a Ukrainian trip organizer (if applicable).
  4. Letters from work.
  5. Any other documentation, such as information about the applicant’s company or project, publications about the company (if applicable), daily itinerary in the U.S. (if applicable), etc.
