If the job announcement states that the position vacancy is open to U.S. citizen EFMs, EFMs, and MOH – all agencies, then you MUST be eligible family member/MOH to apply. Interested applicants should fax or send mandatory Universal Application for Employment (DS-174) and resume (optional) to the Embassy Human Resources Office, American Embassy, 4 Igor Sikorsky St., Kyiv 04112, fax: 521-51-55, or e-mail to: KyivHR@state.gov. ONLY applications received in the Human Resources Office before the closing date will be eligible for consideration. Applications which are inadequate or incomplete will not be considered. Only applicants selected for tests/interviews will be contacted in a reasonable amount of time after the deadline.
