PICTURE
REQUIREMENTS

Size: 5 x 5cm

Applicant should be facing
the camera directly and have a neutral facial
expression
-
The face should cover
approximately 50 percent of the area of the photograph. It is preferable
that the ears be exposed.

Picture should be recent (taken
within the past 6 months)
-
Picture should be in
color taken against a white or off-white
background.
-
Head coverings and hats are only
acceptable due to religious beliefs; however, they may not obscure any
portion of the applicant’s face.
-
Sunglasses or other paraphernalia
which detract from the face, as defined above, are not acceptable,
unless required for medical reasons (e.g., an eye patch).

Glasses with photochromic lenses
are not acceptable.
NOTE: Photos which do not comply
with the requirements will not be accepted. When
attaching the photo to the application, the staples should be placed as
far away from the applicant's face as possible.
