EXPEDITED APPOINTMENT

Dear Visitors!

Persons traveling to the U.S. for urgent business travel need to scan their invitation letter from their U.S. business partner. It must be written on company letterhead, outline the nature of the business meeting, and clarify the necessity for urgent travel. Please note that groups of five or more applicants cannot use this procedure.

Academic students and exchange visitors who are late for their studies should scan the first page of their I-20/DS-2019 form. Please note that participants of English as a Second Language and Summer Work and Travel programs cannot use this procedure.

A U.S. Consul will review your request and notify you of the appointment decision via e-mail.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Expedited appointments are scheduled starting next business day including Fridays. If you cannot appear for an appointment upon a short notice, please do not use this procedure. Please note that the Consular Section is closed to visitors on the last Friday of the month.
